All cooking equipment in use needs regular maintenance to maintain the level of output it was designed for. Once a customer begins extending or putting it off all together, they begin to take longer and more adjustments to keep up with high use demands. It’s one thing to 86 an item off of the menu because you sold out. It’s a whole other thing to have the equipment fail. Although no company or planned maintenance can prevent all such interruptions, we work to do just that for our planned maintenance partner’s. Our “as needed customers” call on us when equipment is down. This leaves us all in a vulnerable place where our parts and service times are unfavorable. The odds of resolving the issue at the time of the call is much lower.
