All cooking equipment in use needs regular maintenance to maintain the level of output it was designed for. When this regular maintenance is ignored equipment begins to take longer and more adjustments are needed to keep-up with high demands. It’s one thing to 86 an item off of the menu because you sold out. It’s a whole other thing to have the equipment fail. Although no company or planned maintenance can prevent all interruptions, we work to keep things running as smoothly as possible for our planned maintenance partner’s. Our “as needed customers” call-on us when equipment is down which leaves us all in a vulnerable place where our parts and service times are unfavorable. The odds of resolving the issue at the time of the call is much lower than our ability to promptly assist our regular maintenance members.
